PROJECT DESCRIPTION
As part of a cost-plus turnkey project, TEKNEMA was commissioned to manage and coordinate the fit-out of:
- Office space
- A kitchenette
- Server room with antistatic floor
- Storage room with metal shelving
Coordination between the needs of the client (tenant) and the landlord was paramount. TEKNEMA even obtained additional mandates during the course of the project to extend the scope of the work.
